2nd attempt on sending this one...I never saw it posted..
Was visiting my great aunt on Sunday. When she does a full s*stem scan it always locks up on a folder called C:\Sierra\Solma00\Mahjo**ng layouts and only 144 files are sca**nned. If I move the Sierra folder to the desktop and try it again, it hangs at C:\ with about 13 files scanned. Move it back and it locks up on this folder. What I think is odd, is that N*rton always starts on this folder. Should I reinst*ll N*rton for her, or is there another option? Thank you.
