Harold:
The tag for an unordered list is <UL> </UL>
The tag for an ordered list is <OL> </OL>
To change the value of any number in an ordered list:
<LI value="X"> where X is the number you want to use.
The list will increase by one for each <LI> tag after that
number.
In your example: <LI VALUE="5"> will start the list from
number 5.
