Looks like a scam to me. I've never heard of MS doing anything like this. I suspect the "click here" will take you to a bogus MS site that wants all kinds of info. If you had a product key that was on MS's hit list, you'd find out the next time you tried to apply a service pack. Then you would have to contact them.
