Perhaps your address is in the BCC field. Why not create a filter if your email address is not in the TO: section, delete it...or would that affect email from this list?

My ISP does the EXACT same thing; but even worse they "see to it I still get the attacks" even when MY EMAIL ADDRESS IS NO WHERE TO BE FOUND IN THE SPAM!!! Now, figure that out. NO WHERE in the headers is my ISP email address, and it may be addressed to an email address similar to mine, so they pass it TO ME anyway and it's always some S. American or As-ian illegal scam, or UCE!! Now I can't say if your ISP is selling members' email addresses, but I can say that Adelphia is another really bad US based ISP for allowing UCE. In fact, most ARE bad since (as I've stated before) they are more concerned with trying to monopolize the ISP market at ANY and ALL costs. Your small, local ISP types are the good ones that DO care. The large ones couldn't care less what you do or whom you "attack" with your ISP account as long as you feed them your "monthly fee". It's all money, greed, and power. Their so called AUP's where they put up the "window dressing" and "eye candy" on their websites about how they are allegedly "so against any UCE" and have a so called "zero tolerance spam policy" is nothing but a j*ke and BS. It's more important to these type ISP's to just rake in the bucks while turning a blind eye to their As-ian and South & Central American "customers", as well as their criminal US customers. Including my tv services as well as my computer hookup, I pay Adelphia $122.00 per month.
