Isn't it the option "share my security settings..." on
Overview/Preferences tab?  I assumed it was and I have never gotten that
dialog.

Looks like you can either be told or not, but I don't find a place to 
shut off the reply. There have been comments of this on other lists and 
some are starting to consider it something of spyware.  I have another 
firewall that I may try just to see if they are as information gathering 
as ZA.
