(Harold I never got your post below and many others may not
have as well. There was a very common filtered word in it that
I removed).

Harold most if not all XP users were once '98 users and I still
don't know nearly as much about XP as I do '98. So, you're not
alone. ;-)

Hello again,

Much of the discussion on the list now has to do with WindowsXP
and poor little
me is still working with Windows98 so I now spend more time
just reading the
postings. And regarding v*ruses and spam, I think I'm free of
the former and just
get my share of the latter.

All I'm concerned about now is that we try to keep our members
the way we've
always been, *together*. I've recently joined two other lists
and nothing
compares to what we have here. On one of those lists, a
contributer started a
topic (and the members followed the thread) stating that he
(might have been a
she) is now drunk because he is finally free of all ****s.
Someone answered
congratulating him on his good fortune, adding that it's good
to get drunk at
night. This is the garbage that you find on some lists.

Though I'm still a newbie, and always will be, I'm very
comfortable with PCWorks
thanks to Marlene and the good fortune (it's almost a miracle)
of having the
right people, it's an excellent mix, on this list. With that
said, I hope Clint
and all the other very computer literate members we have, all
stay together,
along with the newbies like me ... Harold
