First, the iso is the image that is burned to the cd. Unless you want to make multiple copies, theres no need to keep it. Second, if you have done the multisession properly, you should be able to add several until the disk is full and be able to read all of them. It sounds as if you are finalizing each entry and then burning again in the next session. I use Nero and have a number of disks that I have added incrementally and can read all that is on it. You may be able to recover some of the earlier sessions through a cd recovery program. All that has happened is that the index from the earlier sessions was overwritten. The image is still there.
