Hi Debbie..
I just "googled it" (went to google and typed in "msplus" and this is what I
came up with.
Is yours a new machine, with Windows XP??

>From the looks of the program.. you either installed it yourself.. or
possibly it came installed with your computer??

Have you tried to go to "Add/Remove Programs." and then see if it's there..
Then you can delete it from there.. (and if you want to - later, you can
re-install it.

After you go to Add/Remove programs.. also go to Run/type in MSCONFIG.. and
see if it's there.. if it IS.. Uncheck it.. Then reboot your computer. and
see if the program is gone. and your machine is running the way you want it
to.

Also, if you're having a slow start up.. Check to see how much is there,
just to the left of your clock..Someone on this list..(can't remember who..
But it has always stuck with me).. Has told me.. Never to have more items..
then you have on one hand.. In other words.. 5 items.. NO MORE.. just to the
left of the clock.. and this way, the startup is faster.. The ones you MUST
have.. of course, are your anti-vir** and if you did download Spyware Guard,
it will be there as well,, Also, your ISP.. icon..

Here's the site from Google..
