The simplest way (and the only FREE way) is using ePrompter.
Otherwise you have to pay to download the files (that's what
POP3 is, a way to download your messages from the mail server
without having to copy and paste)....
I can email you a copy of the program, it's extremely
simple to install and use, I use it daily.

there ain't nothing like a "simpler" way.
