Hi Marlene, I assume you will be too far from the new office to run a land line of your own. The next best choice is private line service, this is very expensive. You could use the internet, but security is a big concern especially using windows p2p sharing.
I would try something like this service. http://www.intranets.com/Home.asp lots of info and a free trial and very little work. They take care of the security part and there is no hardware to buy.
