I restored everything from Spybot, and it still doesn't work. It says
username or password not valid, which is more than it did before, but I
can't find the passwords. I DID write them down, but I can't find them.
The passwords shouldn't have changed, because I didn't change them.
Something got corrupted somewhere. Thanks for your help, anyway.

(Why are you posting duplicate emails?)

GoBack is a like an image restoration, I believe it makes sort of a
"mirror" of your HD. XP Pro's "Restore" restores the registry and
critical system files. Why not just restore what SpyBot removed or
changed? Obviously that's the only way to get back what you lost. Then
once you have it back, make a note of the passwords (which you should
done a long time ago anyway ;-), then run SpyBot again and let it remove
the bad items again. Right click specific things that it finds and omit
them from future scans. On mine it tagged WS FTP with something, but
since I knew it was not important I right clicked the WS FTP entries and
chose to not include that product in future scans. -Clint
