If you're doing this for possible emails containing malware,
that blocked senders list is really going to fill up since
these are usually from countless random email addresses. (In
case you don't know, FYI you still get these emails, they are
just put in the Deleted folder).

If you had a domain name (you should really consider getting
one for your website), you could add filters on the server side
and you'd never have to bother with even seeing any of the
blocked emails. I do this when a new worm or the like is
circulating and I get fed up with deleting hundreds of infected
emails. I find a common subject word/phrase or body
word/phrase and filter it.

As to the getting around of your problem, I am not aware of any
other way to add to the blocked senders list other than
manually adding the email address to the area of the registry
where this resides, and you'd of course have to already know
the email address since if you don't, you'd have to highlight
the email and check its properties.

Hello again,

Correct me if I'm wrong but I always thought suspicious email
should not be
opened but rather should be blocked. How do you do that in OE?
I ask because
the only way I know to "block sender" is to highlight it (which
opens it) >
click "Message" > click "Block Sender"

Does email have to be blocked without opening it, and if so,
how? ... Harold
