When installing the release candidates it is always advisable to choose the backup option when asked, these are beta's and having some space taken it up on the drive is always better than starting from scratch if it junks your system :-/

Hi A few months ago I downloaded and installed SP2 to my XP Pro computer. No problems whatsoever but now I have downloaded the latest SP2 RC2. On trying to install it tells me I have to uninstall the original SP2. This does not appear in "Add\Remove " so can see no way to uninstall it.
Any ideas anyone?
