I did.  I sent it (and setup.exe I mentioned in a follow-up
post) to Trend Micro along with all of those other files that
online scanners found as malicious, but PCcillin passed as
benign.  (I don't know if you caught the follow-up post I
mentioned, but caili.exe is part of a Mitsumi floppy
drive/media reader).

All I found on the net was this:

I checked my computer and I don't have a caili.exe, have no
idea what you have in your computer...  You could send it in to
a virus
place to have them check and make sure it's safe...
