It means your system is overclocked. You have a 1.40 GHz cpu that's being overclocked by raising the bus speed to make it run at 1.87 GHz. That's usually ok. It's a way to get a faster computer without paying the price for a faster processor. I only have one system that isn't overclocked. But if you bought this system and thought you were paying for a 1.8 GHz cpu or higher then there is a problem because you didn't get what you paid for.
