It's not so much XP, it's the new SP2 for it.  If you're happy with ME, and
don't have a lot of crashes or stability problems, then stick with it if you
can live with a partitioned HD.  But I'm not even sure of that, some add-on
PCI cards with a BIOS may give you full capacity even on ME.
