Hi Rocky, Do these programs still work? Or have they disappeared along with the icons? We really need to know this before we can give any sound advice :-).
Also, using simply "help" in the subject line really does not give us a clue ;-). Also, SOME mailing list software will spit out a "help" subject email, or send you the help files for the mailing list.
