I just visited the form with Firefox with no difficulty.
When you enable the security options it is a good idea to reboot your system, and empty the temporary internet files. The visit the page again.

I have Windows XP/SP 1, Internet Explorer 6.
At Microsoft.com I tried to order the Windows XP/SP 2 CD. The 'order form' page would not open. I got a message, 'The page cannot be displayed.' The message suggested I enable SSL 2.0, SSL3.0, TLS 1.0 and PCT 1.0 in Internet Options/Advanced/Security. I did this, except I have no 'PCT 1.0' option. That didn't work. I tried reducing my security setting to 'lowest' to no avail. I have tried the 'CD order' at various times of different days with the same message resulting. A friend told me it was probably because it was an ASP page. (He could access it on his computer.) I can find no settings or info on my computer to overcome this. Does anyone have any ideas?
