I get "not authorized to view this page", and that was best I could get even after setting IE settings to "Medium"! SP2 won't even let you move the slider control any lower! With the default settings I got a warning and I THINK it was ActiveX, but I can't duplicate now to give the exact wording. On my main PC with XP SP1, I have no problem getting to the page.
