Hi I have a customer with P4 2Gh 512mb Running XP SP1 I ran Spybot, Adware, CWShredder (all latest versions) and installed the latest Sygate Firewall.
After that I couldn't open Outlook Express.
Got error message
"Outlook Express could not be started. The application was unable to open the Outlook Express message store. Your computer may be out of memory or your disk is full. Contact Microsoft support for further assistance. (0x8007007E,126)"
Then: "Outlook Express could not be started because MSOE.DLL could not be initialized. Outlook Express may not be installed correctly.@
Searched the web but the only reference is to things I didn't do or to upgrades that I never made.
Anyone seen this before or have some good suggestions?
