Clint;
        Go into the windows folder and delete all
files with the   .pwl     extension. As long as there
are any files with that extension with a name 
different from the one in the registry, the computer
will ask for a password. If there are two   .pwl
files, the computer will ask for a password.
With no   .pwl files, the next time you boot,
the computer will ask you to create a password.
Do not type anything. Just hit enter on the blank
line to each question. You will not be asked for
a password the next time you boot up.
