What video card is installed or is it onboard video? How much video memory?
Which player is used for viewing the dvd?
How much free space on the hard drive?

The DVD reads disks and plays music but when we try to view a film it sticks after about one minute and only a reboot will get it going again.
Tried the DVD drive in another computer, works fine.
