In Win98se I used to be able to customize my start menu by r-clicking on the taskbar, then clicking properties.
Now, when I try to open properties I get the message "This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator." Evidently, in my many efforts to beef up security I've locked something and can't figure out how to unlock it. Probably something very simple, but I've searched high and low in Windows, TweakUI, Spybot, SpywareBlaster . . . . What could I be overlooking? John -- No virus found in this outgoing message.
