By Planar, do you mean LCD?  Make sure you get ALL the specs. 
That response time is good, but usually these cheaper ones are 
analog monitors and not true digital, have poor Dot Pitch specs 
(DP), poor brightness and contrast ratios.  If it only has an 
HD-15/DB-15 connector, it's analog.  You want one with a DVI 
connector, at least .23dp, high brightness & contrast ratios of 
at least 250cd & 400:1 respectively.
