One caveat about Roxiozap.  It is a rather dangerous program for
some. I remember running it and it disabled my system, ripping
out some drivers for my IDE HD controllers.   I suspect at some
time or another Roxio had replaced them with its software for
some program or another.  So beware of Roxiozap. Luckily I had
two backups when I ran the Roxiozap program and could restore my
system.

It would probably be more advantageous to do a search in the
registry (after you back up the system) and edit out the
offending references.
