Instead of Restarting when the Start/Turn off Computer/Restart button is clicked, the harddrives spin down. I have to press the front-panel power button which shuts down the PC entirely, then push it again to power it up.
The only thing I can think of that might have brought this on was some Norton Antivirus updates that required Restart, or other updates/installations that required Restarts (that I can't recall explicitily now).
