I'm offering this as maybe a help for people with color vision problems.
I'm NOT color blind but was told many years ago that I have a "red deficiency", which makes it difficult for me to distinguish between colors or shades of colors. As a consequence, the text on some websites are difficult for me to read because of the background colors.
The "Diskman" website that Peter mentioned is a prime example. The main page has white text on a light green background and the FAQ page uses grey text on a white background (I believe those are the colors....). It is hard for me to SEE the text, let alone read it.
But I discovered some time ago that if I highlight the text, usually it changes to white text on a blue background and I can read that with no problem at all. As I was doing that, it occurred to me that someone else may be able to benefit from the technique.
Thanks, Peter for the link.

There is also Diskman which I am told it quite good too, http://diskman.dyndns.org/
