What OS is your friend using?
Did they use a custom install initially?

last nite before I got off was going to firefox and it would not let me on until I downloaded the new version. left it downloading and went to bed. was done this morning and had to install. it made mozilla my homepage changed that back but now all my bookmarks are gone. is there any way to retrieve those?
