I am using Windows XP and Outlook Express 6. Suddenly, I am unable to reduce the size to medium. It is either at the largest size (two little squares up in right corner), or when I try to make it smaller, it becomes a tiny little box about 1"x2" in upper left hand corner. When I click on that, it becomes large again. How can I get my middle size back. Many many thanks. Ann
