Hello again and happy (more important, healthy) holidays to all. You should all be healthy, wealthy, and wise ... oh yeah, and good.

In MSWord 2000, to remove the automatic hyperlinks, you:

1. Go to Tools>Autocorrect and click on the "Autoformat As You Type" tab.

2. Remove the check from the box that says "Internet and Network Paths with Hyperlinks"

3. Then click on the "Autoformat" tab and remove the same check.
(You have to remove the checkmark in both places)

Problem ... Every once in a while (I'm not sure what I might be doing to cause it), the automatic hyperlinks return, and when going to Autocorrect, I find in both tabs, the "Internet and Network Paths with Hyperlinks" is checked again. So what's happening? ... Harold ============= PCWorks Mailing List =================
