Usually it's the video card drivers that either got removed, or
corrupted. But it also could be the monitor's drivers if it's
an odd monitor that really needs specific drivers. Now I seem
to remember Larry having a similar problem not long ago and it
may have been another issue causing his. I can't find that
post in the archives! I see his original post, and my reply,
but not his final reply.

According to the archives, it doesn't exist! So if it's not
the drivers, then ask him. The archives have had problems for
a while now.

I am running windows 98 SE with a MultiSync
monitor. When I go to control panel \ display and then
the settings tab, the slider is locked in the 640 x 480
position and will not move.

I recall that someone had this problem in the past
and there was a simple answer for it. I just do
not recall what it was. Can anyone help?
