made a real Pd window with IEMGUI style VU meters.  The DIO button and the
IN/OUT clip lights should work now, I still need to activate the VU meters

added code to update the VU meters and used some fake math that should be 
replaced with real math to map the dB scale to the scale on the meter.  Its 
probably the same math as in the IEMGUI vu object
