Added output of IP address of disconnecting client at suggestion of Ivica Ico
Bukvic [email protected].
Removed send timeout message since each send is in its own thread and won't
cause trouble if it hangs...

backported the pd-gui-rewrite-0.43 help browser and got it loading and
navigating. It doesn't open patches yet tho
