new upstream release
this never made it into TRUNK;
the only difference to 0.42.5 seems to be some more gracious handling
in the "menu_open" function in the pd-gui: if no parent window is specified,
it defaults to the root windows
the other changes are mainly adding Makefile.am's, though i don't know whether
they are actually used

argh: the w32 build machine has spaces in its PATH
_and_ is unable to handle a simple PATH=/moree/bin/:$PATH in
this case.
why do i have to work around broken setups?
