Summary: compile zexy with regex support in pd-extended

Initial Comment:
It seems like the default zexy that comes with Pd-extended vanilla is compiled
without the regex.h support (for the [regex] object). I saw that on Linux and
Mac OS/X 0.39-*.

regex.h is installed on all of the auto-build machine. For zexy in
Pd-extended, IOhannes replaced the Pd-extended build system that was in
place with his own, so I am assigning this to him.
