Summary: writesf~ bug

Initial Comment:
hi all,

there is a terrible bug in writesf~. if the file is
opened, when dsp is off, the file won't be written:

- switch dsp off
- send |open( message to writesf~
- switch dsp of
- send |start( message to writesf~

using the print |message( it can be seen, that fifo
head is working, fifo tail stays equal to zero...
