Oh yeah, one other thing to try is the 0.40.3 autobuild. If you get the 'pd-extended' sources from rsync:
http://puredata.info/docs/developer/GettingPdSource Then run 'pd-extended/scripts/auto-build/pd-extended-auto- builder.sh' It'll run the whole auto-build, included try to rsync up the build to the auto-build webserver.
