Summary: filter hidden files/folders on gnu/linux open and save

Initial Comment:
When running any version of PD on GNU/Linux, often the default directory when
banging [openpanel] is the user's home directory, full of hidden .somethings
and .whatevers

Most apps filter this out, even command line utils like ls filter this unless
flagged to show all files and folders. Would be great to have Pd follow this
convention as well and reduce lots of unnecessary clutter in the open and save
panels!
