Firefox is not a fallback for XChat.

Well, it's a different bug now anyways: pd-extended tries to open
unsupported url-schemes in webbrowsers. (xdg-open here throws
irc-schemes to iceweasel btw.) I think the only valid solution is to
handle web urls like http:// and application URLs like irc://
differently in Pd. (I don't file a report as I use pd-vanilla.)
