may this link be useful to you?

http://alexandria.wiki.sourceforge.net/Subversion+-+Version+Control+for+Source+Code#tocSubversion%20-%20Version%20Control%20for%20Source%20Code15

in the specific:

svnnotify
<http://alexandria.wiki.sourceforge.net/Subversion+-+Version+Control+for+Source+Code#svn_notify>:
Sends email notifications of changes made during a SVN commit. Two
versions of this hook script are available, one that includes a diff of
the changes, and one that doesn't.

I have no idea what does contain the mail generated from the hook script
which doesn't contain the diff....
thay say that if you have a custom hook script, you can send them (at
https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=add&group_id=1&atid=350001) so
they can add it
