Summary: Entering "~osc" instead of "osc~" crashes pd-extended

Initial Comment:
I'm using pd-extended v0.40.3. Whenever I create an object and enter "~osc"
(instead of "osc~"), the program just crashes without a warning. I'm not saying
that many people will ever enter "~osc", but still it would be nice to have a
warning.
