if so, you need to load -lib Gem before -lib gridflow
$ nm -D /usr/lib/pd/extra/gridflow/gridflow.pd_linux \
| grep _ZN9CPPExtern8m_holderE
U _ZN9CPPExtern8m_holderE
$ nm -D /usr/lib/pd/extra/Gem/Gem.pd_linux \
| grep _ZN9CPPExtern8m_holderE
00333ee8 B _ZN9CPPExtern8m_holderE
