Summary: Switch for Low-Latency MIDI thru

Initial Comment:
At present (unless I'm misunderstanding something), Pd passes MIDI messages
from its input to its output with the same latency as its audio latency
setting. There may be technical reasons for this, but there are also reasons
(like, live performance) for wanting low-latency MIDI throughput even when the
audio buffer is at its usual 100ms level.

I'd love to see a switch that would activate low-latency MIDI processing, as an
option for situations where it's needed.
