Summary: iemnet: [tcpclient] opens more than one socket

Initial Comment:
It's currently possible to open more than one socket with [tcpclient], i.e.
sending a 'connect' message for the second time without sending a prior
'disconnect' does not trigger an error. Also on the server side, a second
socket is opened without the first one being closed. However, only data sent to
the last opened socket will be printed by [tcpclient]. Data sent to the older
sockets seem to cause traffic, but cannot be printed by [tcpclient].

I think, the way to fix this would be to disallow opening more than one socket.
As soon as [tcpclient] is connected to a host, it should print an error, when
sending another 'connect' message
