Could you expand on that?

1- there was a touch of humour in that sentence..
2- tcl-tk is a bit too procedurial for my taste (without any extensions I mean). just look at Qt or ruby-qt or python-qt and I'm sure you'll know what I mean.
3- I always found tk GUIs really ugly (but maybe that's just me)
