I looked around and was at least able to find out what I did for linux - it's on http://crca.ucsd.edu/~msp/syllabi/267.07f/11.13/ as part of a seminar I taught - http://crca.ucsd.edu/~msp/syllabi/267.07f/ (but the 11.13 stuff ws never lenked to so was probably invisible, oops). Anyhow, it's all quite half baked and now 5 years old!
