The help patch for [sendudp~] claims that the default sample format is 16bit,
but it appears to be floating point.
Setting up a stream between two computers I was watching the network traffic
(in OSX Activity monitor) and the traffic was consistent with 4 bytes * 44100
samples per second. Sending the [format 16bit( message to [sendudp~] cut the
traffic substantially, which supports that it was sending floats by default.
