Based on a discussion "[PD] Cyclone help patches & issue list" (2014-1213) and
information from sourceforge bug "#1128 still on cartopol~ /
poltocar~". Here is a patch fixing the issue. More multi-platform testing will
be done, but no platform related issues are expected because of this fix.
A patch demonstrating the behaviour of the poltocar~ object next to poltocar
and an expr implementation is in the zip.
