There was a recent PR on Github that had a new icon for macOS that was merged, but I (for one) am not sure it's right for Pd yet.
I was thinking more along the lines that vanilla adopt the pd extended icons which is higher quality and pretty great as is IMO. I looked in the pd-extended git repo on source forge but didn't find it or the master svg.
