This also brings up the fact that, currently, the root help browser column is sorted alphabetically, so non-standard names end up above the "---- Libraries ----" divider. Not-sorting fixes that where the extra/ subduers are always first and followed by user dirs, at the expense of not being alphabetical. Probably not a big deal.
It would also be possible to have a second divider for user search paths and/or move the extra stuff above the first divider, thereby grouping the "built in" stuff separate from the user supplied stuff.
